Salman was in trouble and in March 3, 2003: Salman Khan moved court and challenged the application of culpable homicide in Mumbai sessions court. Two months later, on May 6, 2003, the court quashed Salman's plea and asked the magistrate court to frame charges. On June 10, 2003, the actor moved High Court. On October 6, 2003, the Maharashtra government challenged Bombay HC order in Supreme Court that in turn, ruled that the magistrate court may decide whether section 304-II of IPC could be applied. And he got populated about the case like any underworld don and got bad name but as glamour photographer Avinash Govarikar points out" "The real Salman is quite unlike the one you read about. He’s intelligent, genuinely funny and a friend for life." Filmmakers Sajid Nadiadwala (Judwaa), Barjatya (Maine Pyar Kiya) and Bhansali (Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam) swear by his talent.
